Sabrina is Registered Clinical Counsellor and has completed her Master’s in Counselling Psychology degree at Yorkville University. She holds a BSc focused on life sciences, chemistry, environmental and earth sciences from the University of British Columbia. She specializes in using interventions and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness.
Sabrina’s goal is to create a safe, inclusive environment where you can begin your mental health journey and address the challenges you’re facing. She strives to integrate both trauma-informed care with cultural sensitivity to ensure a supportive space for your growth. Being raised in a South Asian household, Sabrina is aware of cultural beliefs that often restrict or decrease ones ability to live life with authenticity and autonomy.
Drawing from her extensive experience in healthcare volunteering and professional roles, Sabrina aims to foster warmth, inclusivity and utmost respect. Sabrina is committed to providing a judgment-free zone where you can discover your inner voice and take control of your well-being.
