Suman Johal

Suman is an empathetic Clinical Counsellor Intern currently pursuing a master’s degree in counselling psychology at City University in Vancouver. With a trauma-informed and culturally competent approach, Suman integrates Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) to support clients in their mental health journey.

Fluent in Punjabi, Suman offers accessible services to diverse communities and has experience working with youth, families, and individuals in the mental health field.

Suman is available for sessions on weekdays, weekends, and evenings. She prides herself in providing flexible and compassionate care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

**Suman is accepting new clients at our Surrey Office. She offers in person sessions on Fridays only and virtual sessions throughout the week**.
