We specialize in the areas of Diversity & Inclusion, Anti-Bullying & Harassment, Stress Management and Respectful Workplaces. We focus on guiding staff through difficult discussions about power, privilege, equity and how to be inclusive while honoring diversity. Anti-Racism 101
Our workshops will explore definitions and frameworks to understand racism, bias, discrimination, oppression and privilege in Canada.
The workshop modules are broken down into the following sections:
- Define: building knowledge about racism and anti-racism
- Unpack: understanding the motivations of racism
- Identify: recognizing manifestations of racism
- Address: growing competency for anti-racism
Exploring Identity & Privilege

When considering identity, especially the various identities that may or may not be represented within your organization, it is important to recognize that everyone has multiple identities. Intersectionality is a term and concept that was coined to describe the interconnected and overlapping nature of social identities. In this workshop, we will define intersectionality, review various manifestations of identity-based privileges and lack thereof, and discuss how we can consider multiple and intersecting identities within the workplace.
The workshop modules are broken down into the following sections:
- Define: Intersectionality and the origins of this framework
- Unpack: applications of intersectionality to the working world
- Identify: manifestations of privileges and inequities that are linked to identity
- Address: multiple and intersecting identities within the workplace.

Workplace Wellness
We offer evidence-based workshops designed to address and promote mental health and reduce stigma in a workplace setting. Our sessions include scenario-based practical applications, participant reference guides, and handouts.
The workshop modules are broken down into the following sections:
- Define: basic concepts, risk factors and causes of mental illness and mental disorders
- Unpack: tools and resources to support colleagues who may be experiencing mental health problems or illness
- Identify: how to observe changes in mental health, and how to take appropriate action
- Address: mental health literacy to help recognize, support colleagues with mental health challenges in the workplace
