Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a common condition that affects children and adults. There are a range of symptoms and some individuals may experience minor inconveniences, while others face major difficulties socially, mentally, and professionally. Getting an accurate diagnosis, or having a diagnosis excluded, is an important part of managing ADHD.

Get clarity and support with our thorough ADHD evaluation process. We provide an in-depth clinical assessment, a formal diagnosis when appropriate, and a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. When clinically indicated, medication options can be discussed as part of your care. Our goal is to help you understand your symptoms and move forward with confidence.
Initial Screening
To start the process, one of our clinicians will connect with you to complete a Mental Health Screening Questionnaire. The assessment forms allow the clinician to evaluate your mental health, medical history and screen for ADHD symptoms.
Clinical Interview
Once we have received the completed forms, you will be scheduled for an interview. The clinician will review your forms and gather further information regarding your social, educational, and developmental history.
Psychiatric Assessment
After the interview you will be seen by a psychiatrist and provided a full report which includes your assessment, diagnosis, medication options, accommodations and treatment plan.
