Harpreet Saini is a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto (2009) and brings over 15 years of experience supporting children, individuals, and families through trauma and crisis.

Her practice focuses on trauma recovery, utilizing evidence-based approaches to help both children and adults process complex experiences gently yet effectively, always tailored to their developmental needs.

With extensive experience working with families, she also supports couples and individuals in identifying destructive patterns, fostering self-awareness, and developing meaningful, realistic strategies for change.

Harpreet recognizes that healing from hurt can be complex and overwhelming. With this understanding, she is committed to ensuring that each client’s journey unfolds at a pace and in a manner that prioritizes their safety and overall well-being.
